More than 500 pieces of art on display for Celebrating ART

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Celebrating ART event is exactly what it sounds like – a celebration of more than 500 pieces of art by around 90 artists.

It goes from Oct. 24-29 at Stratford Academy in Macon. Mercer University, Wesleyan College and the Macon Arts Alliance also partnered to make the event happen.

Most of the art is pictures, paintings and drawings but there are speakers at the event who work do silhouette art, glass blowing and many other unique styles.
