Annual ghost watch event sparks history lesson of Halloween

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Fort Hawkins celebrates its annual Halloween event, the Ghost Watch, and it’s "all treats no tricks."

It’s an opportunity to hear tales, and history around a spooky camp fire about Halloween. You may even encounter a ghost!

The Ghost Watch event is this Friday, October 31 from 5-8 p.m. at the Fort Hawkins Blockhouse Replica on Emery Highway. There’s free admission for children and adults.
