Annual Touch-A-Truck to fund literacy program for kids

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The 5th Annual Touch-A-Truck event features big rids, emergency vehicles and all types of trucks that will not disappoint the little ones.

Event organizer Meredith McKenzie says she expects a large crowd this year. 

All proceeds will benefit literacy and early childhood education programs in middle Georgia. 

The fundraiser event is set for Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Northway Church Parking Lot at 5915 Zebulon Road in Macon. 

It’s $5 to enter. Children under 1 get in for free.
