BAE Awards celebrates second year
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Association of Educators wants you to come out to the BAE Awards.
It’s Friday night May 20th at 6:30 p.m. at Howard High School.
BAE President BJ Shepherd and emcee Jason Downey join 41NBC to talk more about it.
Shepherd expects another successful program.
BAE will honor the finalists for best Educational Support Professional, or ESP.
These are people who aren’t teachers, but have a huge role in the students’ educations.
The finalists are:

Tavius King, Paraprofessional, Central High School
Allen Stephens, Data Clerk, L.H. Williams
Tomesha Thorpe, KDG Paraprofessional, Morgan @ Rice
Cheryl Woolfork, Paraprofessional, Miller Middle School
