Bibb County School District to Host Pre-K Registration

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County School District is hosting registration for the 2014-2015 pre-k program. There’s a registration kick-off event Saturday, February 1 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Welcome Center located at 2003 Riverside Drive in Macon. Transition Coordinator for the Bibb pre-k program, Carol Gledhill shared what parents need to know.

Gledhill says parents will need to bring with them proof of residence, their child’s certified birth certificate and child’s social security card.

According to Gledhill, there are currently 748 slots available to children who are 4 years old on or before September 1, 2014.
