Susan G. Komen’s Big Wig Campaign benefits breast cancer awareness, survivors

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Susan G. Komen Central Georgia Big Wigs Campaign helps people know all about breast cancer.

It affects lots of people each year.

Susan G. Komen Central Georgia picked 10 leaders in the community to participate.

They wear a big, pink wig around to different places in order to raise money.

The goal for each person is $1000.

Campaign Coordinator Rachel Hollar and Macon Mayhem Head Coach Kevin Kerr join 41NBC with more.

If you want to get involved, head over to the Susan G. Komen Central Georgia website.
