Blue Bell and Kroger partner for turkey giveaways

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Blue Bell Ice Cream company and Kroger partners for a charity giveaway. 

David Smith with Blue Bell talks about the importance of giving back, and what this event means for the middle Georgia community. 

The donation event is on Wednesday, November 19 at the Kroger grovcery store located on 220 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd from 10 am till 5 pm.  

Every person who purchases a Kroger turkey and donates it to the Middle Georgia Food Bank on-site, will receive a free 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
