Boxing classic to showcase fighters, raise money for charities

MACON, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – This weekend, amateur boxers from around the region will be competing for championship belts while also raising money for Middle Georgia charities. The Wartown Boxing Classic is Saturday, November 16th at the Lab Sports Complex in Warner Robins. Doors open at noon and the fights start at 1 p.m.

Along with the fights, the event is all intended to raise money for some local organizations, like Operation Arresting Hunger, Feed the City and the Kingdom Fitness Foundation.
