Canine Clubhouse to Host Christmas for Dogs

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — If you’re looking to foster or adopt a four legged friend this holiday season, the Canine Clubhouse in Perry is hosting an event just for you.

Owner of Canine Clubhouse, Alyssa Hillis has teamed up with Star Bright Animal Rescue for a “Canine Christmas” event to help animals in need of homes.

Hillis, who also volunteers at Star Bright said foster parents are needed, not just around the holidays.

The Canine Christmas event is Saturday, December 14 at the Canine Clubhouse located at 204 Kellwood Drive in Perry. All breeds and vendors are welcome. There will be a pet photo opportunity with Santa from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $10. Wine tasting will be going on from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for those 21 and up. That will also cost $10. A dog walk will take place at 2 p.m. for $5.
