Chauncey to host basketball game for special needs children

CHAUNCEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The city of Chauncey wants you to come down to a basketball game for special needs children.

Marielle Douglas stopped by 41NBC to talk about it.

It’s a great opportunity for the kids to get out and play.

They’ll buddy up with a varsity basketball player and play a game of pick up.

The games will be two separate days: January 31st for Pre-K through 5th grade and February 14th for 6th grade through 12th grade.

Participants’ parents and guardians can submit the registration to Chauncey City Hall by January 28.
