‘Dinner in the Orchard’ to benefit local children’s home

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Georgia Industrial Children’s Home is hosting its fourth annual ‘Dinner in the Orchard.’ 

This year’s theme is 200 Miles of Culinary Excellence. Joy Dyer talks about the event, special guest presentations and what you can expect. 

The event takes place on Saturday, May 2 at the Georgia Industrial Children’s Home on North Mumford Road in Macon. 

Dinner is $125 dollars. Cocktails start at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is served at 7:30 p.m. 

Guest will hear live music from Big Mike and the Booty Papas. 

All proceeds benefit the operational costs for the Georgia Industrial Children’s HOme.
