Festival of Trees to Kick Off Holiday Season

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The holiday season is upon us and the Museum of Arts and Sciences is kicking things off with it’s Festival of Trees.

Co-chairs for the event Leigh Glenn and Mollie McNeel shared details on the museum’s largest fundraiser, which features a luncheon and gala.

The main event features a variety of decorated trees designed by participating organizations. The luncheon will be at the Museum of Arts and Sciences on November 13 at noon. The gala will be held at Terminal Station on November 14, beginning at 7 p.m. A cocktail buffet, live music, and a silent auction will be available to guests. Proceeds from the event will help fund the various educational programs offered at the Museum of Arts and Sciences.
