Fighting Crime: ‘At Home in the Shalom Zone’
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – In efforts to decrease crime, two local organizations partner for an event called ‘At Home in the Shalom Zone.’
Helping Hands Community Outreach and Stop the Violence, Start the Music are joining together for the free community event.
Attendees can expect community speakers, entertainment and performances, along with a youth talent showcase.
This event includes free food and beverages.
The event is schedule to be on Saturday, September 19 from noon – 2:00 p.m. at the Frank Johnson Community Center, located on 2227 Mercer University Drive in Macon.
