Fire Safety Fun Day promises educational fun for everyone

BYRON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Fire Safety Fun Day should be big this year, and firefighter Steve Smith wants you to come out and enjoy it.

It’s Saturday, September 24th at North Peach Park in Byron from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Smith joins 41NBC to talk more about it.

There will be a car show and lots of activities for kids and adults.

Kids will have a chance to become firefighters and learn what it takes to stay safe around fire.
