Former Macon Mayor visits 41Today with a plan to stop gun violence

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Former Macon Mayor C. Jack Ellis says he has a plan to cut down on gun violence. So far this year in Macon there have been twenty homicides.
