‘God and Bow’ Archery Tournament to Benefit African Fishing Village

DUDLEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Members of Baker Baptist Church in Rentz, Georgia are raising funds to help build a well in a fishing village located in Malawi Africa. The mission team which consists of 11 men is hosting an archery tournament to help the people in the village.

Baker Baptist Church member, Keith Carr stopped by 41 Today to share details on the “God and Bow” Archery Tournament. Carr added the tournament is something the church wants to host yearly to raise money for local and foreign missions.

The tournament is Saturday, December 14 at Jim’s Bow and Gun in Dudley. The event starts at 8 a.m. For more information call (478) 609-5066.
