Holy Smokes offers grilling tips for Labor Day BBQ

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – What better way to celebrate Labor Day than with a BBQ. Gary and Dionn Lanton run the food truck “Holy Smokes” in Dublin and stopped by the 41NBC studios with one of their burger recipes.

Moore’s Secret Burger Recipe:

Ingredients

• 1 lb. of fresh ground beef
• Moore’s Original Marinade
• 1/4 cup of red onion, minced
• salt & pepper

Directions

• Combine the meat, onion, and marinade in a mixing bowl
• Cover and refrigerate the ingredients for 30 minutes
• Form the patties into your preferred serving size (slider size recommended)
• Grill
