Junior League of Macon hosting 4th annual Touch a Truck event

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — This Saturday there’s a unique opportunity for you to promote early childhood literacy, and school readiness.

The Junior League of Macon is hosting the 4th annual Touch a Truck event. It allows children of all ages to look and climb in trucks and cars from different agencies.

Stephanie Robinson, with the Junior League, says this year kids can expect to get up close and personal with a dump truck, police cars, an ambulance, and more.

The event is $5 per person. It’s happening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Northway Church Parking Lot located at 5915 Zebulon Road in Macon on Saturday, April 12th.
