MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Are your kids sitting at home this summer? Get them up and going at this year’s Stone Academy Stone ‘Cold’ summer enrichment camp. Tony Lowden stopped by 41 Today to tell us all about it.

The enrichment camp provides activities in STEAM classes, which stands for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. The activities are based in learning, foreign language, robotics, creative arts, basketball, swimming, and many more indoor and outdoor activities.

Lowden said the camp instills confidence and encourages personal growth in kids.

The camp is for students ages five to 12. Camp runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Breakfast, lunch, and a snack is served daily.

In addition to the activities, students go on trips to local places and out of town, such as the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Museum of Aviation, the movies, the Atlanta Zoo, and much more.
