Local Church Hosts Easter Sunday Family Fun Day

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Easter Sunday is only a few weeks away and a local ministry is hosting a family fun day at Lake Tobesofkee. Marna Cooper from Sword and Spirit Apostolic Church stopped by 41 Today to tell us more about the event.

Cooper said through the church, Dove Out Reach Ministries is hosting its first family day and public baptism on Sunday, April 20^th. The day starts at 7 a.m. with a sunrise service, followed by a free breakfast, resurrection service, and public baptism. She added family and friends will be able to spend time together in the fresh air and enjoy a movie.

There is a $3 entrance fee.
