Mammal Mayhem comes to Macon Museum of Arts and Sciences

MACON, Georgia (41NBC) – If you want to know about all types of mammals, Mammal Mayhem at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Macon is the place to be.

Sharon Cornacchione with the Museum shared some information and introduced Scarlett the possum.

Scarlett is just one of the many mammals you can find Saturday February 20th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Shows include:

11 a.m. – Police K-9 Unit

1 p.m. – A-Z Animals Bat Show

3 p.m. – Police K-9 Unit

There are tons of family activities and tons of animals to meet.

You can even hang out with a llama!

Mammals of all ages can come have a good time and enjoy some furry family fun.

Meet the Museum’s mammal family, quiz the experts that work at the Museum, play games, create art, and taste some interesting treats at the Road Side Café.

There will be presentations as well as demonstrations by the Macon Police Department Canine Unit in the Museum’s Auditorium.

Many other special guests will be in the main lobby, including Dauset Trail, Macon Police Department K-9 Unit, Rescue Ranch, Peach Vet Care, Lay Z Acres Mini Horse Farm and Llamas Jay Buck Creak Farm.
