MGSC professor hopes state plan will turn schools around

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Dr. Elise Langan is a professor at Middle Georgia State College.

She teaches high school teachers how to better educate students.

She joined 41NBC to talk about the governor’s plan to take over failing schools in Georgia.
