Middle Georgia celebrates National Salvation Army Week

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Middle Georgia area Salvation Army locations are celebrating National Salvation Army Week. 

During the week, people are encourage to stop at one of the Salvation Army locations to get a chance to learn more about what the organization is all about. 

Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make the event a success and officials say without them they’d have a hard time catering to those who need assistance.
