New Milledgeville tradition kicks-offs for the holidays

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Rotary Club of Milledgeville and CSH Redevelopment Authority are partnering for the first Holiday Lights ceremony at the Pecan Grove at Central State Hospital.

Community members and organizations are invited join together to light-up Pecan Grove. Several food drives will be held to benefit the Chard Wray Food Bank.

Each organization interested in participating will be responsible for creating, assembling, and lighting their area.

The partners hope to continue this tradition in the future, bringing in more people each year.
