Opioid summit this Saturday in Warner Robins

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – An opioid summit is taking place in Warner Robins on Saturday, August 17th.

It’s happening at the First Baptist Church located at 210 Garmon Street in Warner Robins.

The goal of the event is to create awareness within the Middle Georgia community about the affects of opiods and how they destroy families.

Young people, lawyers, families, ministers and educators are invited to this event.

Games and exhibits start at 9:00am. The program will start at 10:00am.
