Organizations partner to sponsor back-to-school music festival
FORT VALLEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Mathis 3 Entertainment, LLC. and the City of Fort Valley come together for a back-to-school music festival.
According to a news release, the Axiom Back-2-School Music Festival kicks off Thursday, August 27 at 6 p.m. with a Family Movie Night on Festival Park’s lawn followed by a block party with performances by Silver, and a special guest appearance by this year’s headliner J. White on Friday, August 28 at 6 p.m. hosted by the legendary A.J. the DJ.
On Saturday, August 29 the gates will open at 10 a.m. where there will be all day family fun, food and music with such acts like: Truth B Told, Dion Hawkins, The Ambassadoorz, Comedian Keith “Hollywood” Wood, Dion Hawkins, Cornelius Spencer, Mitchell’s Academy, Corps D’Elite Initiatives hit the stage before Jazz Saxophonist J.White plays.
Ticket prices start at $15, which includes a 3–day Pass.
