Prancing Elites hosting dance competition in Macon
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Prancing Elites, a dance group with their own television show, is hosting a dance competition at Northeast High School in Macon on Saturday afternoon.
Prance 2 The Beat: Macon Edition fields competitors from across the southeast. Founder Kentrell Collins says this event is for the local youth to find dancing as an outlet away from stress and bad influences.
The Prancing Elites focus on majorette style dancing.
Saturday’s dance competition begins at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
