Robo Team preps for another round of competition
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County School District’s Robotics Team is putting the final touches on its robot for this year’s For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (F.I.R.S.T.) Robotics Competition (F.R.C.).
It’s the second year the students will participate in the major competition.
Students from all of Bibb County high schools will represent the team in the upcoming regional in Perry, after working long after-school hours to complete their robot, 2 Chainz.
According to a release, this experience is as close to "real-world engineering" as a student can get.

The students will participate in the Georgia Southern Classic Regional from February 27 till the end of March 1.
