Security event targets local churches, business

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and community leaders will partner for a security and safety seminar.

The goal of the event is for churches and businesses to identify ways to keep their establishments safe.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the session, and bring ideas and strategies to prevent shootings and any other criminal activity from happening around middle Georgia.

The event will be on Thursday, October 22 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at The House of Shekinah Glory located at 3752 Eisenhower Parkway in Macon.
