Simulator hopes to show people dangers of distracted driving
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon All State agent Mike Phillips dropped by 41NBC to discuss Allstate’s distracted driving simulator.
It puts the driver through a virtual reality setting where the dangers of distracted driving become real.
Distracted driving is the number one cause for car wrecks in the United States.
Drivers can sit in the car and feel the effects of being distracted.
Whether you’re texting, using a GPS or being on the phone, Phillips says you need to be careful on the road.
