Suicide advocate: People need to come ‘Out of Darkness’

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Central Georgia (SPCCG) wants the public to attend their 4th annual "Out of Darkness Walk" in Warner Robins.

Chair of the organization Sonya Rice, talks about her dedication to the organization, and how her experience with a family member who commit suicide changed her live.

If you’d like to attend the walk this weekend, the event will be held on Saturday, September 27 on Wellston Trails at Fountain Park. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. The walk begins at 10:00 a.m.
