Tips to Stay Fit and Keep Your New Year’s Resolution
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Staying fit is a popular new year’s resolution. Personal trainer Aubrey Randall stopped by 41 Today to share some advice on to how to get in shape and stay fit in 2014.
Randall says consistency is key when it comes to sticking to your new year’s resolution. He adds you need self motivation as well as motivation from your peers to help you keep your resolution. He suggests setting an alarm on your phone to remind you to work out and eat healthy.
