TECH REPORT: Facial recognition technology ban, Walmart launches free shipping plan

San Francisco is now the first in the united states to prohibit its government from using facial-recognition technology.

It is one of the most tech-friendly and tech-savvy cities in the world.

Those against the technology said it is invasive.

Amazon fired back in a tweet suggesting that its own customers have access to even faster delivery speeds.

Amazon added that its customers in thousands of cities across 44 major metropolitan areas already have access to millions of items with free same day delivery.
